An opportunity has arisen within the Practice for an Estates Assistant
Up to 8hrs per week (permanent)
Salary: Based on experience
The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working within the trades and services sector/industry.
Duties would involve undertaking planned preventative maintenance, repairs, decorating, ensuring the building is compliant with Health & Safety legislation, undertaking minor work on the premises with the use of powered machinery and hand tools. To assist in maintaining the grounds and gardens, with the use of powered machinery and hand tools. Recording of planned preventative maintenance performed to ensure appropriate record keeping and Audit trails. Recording of H&S checks and compliance checks throughout the building. This list is not exhaustive.
Training will be provided for all compliance and checking tasks.
